Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of recreational, sports, and fitness activities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for leading and instructing groups.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising more than 20 people.
  • The candidate must have a National Lifeguard Service (NLS) Certificate, CPR Certificate, and First Aid Certificate.
  • The candidate should be dependable.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.

Work site environment

  • The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
  • The candidate must be able to work in wet/damp and hot conditions.
  • The candidate must work in or on water.
  • The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work setting

  • The candidate should work in staff accommodation that offers live-in accommodation when an employer provides a housing offer to its employees.
  • Accommodation will be provided for the candidate.
  • The candidate should work in a room and board-provided setting, dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and well-being, where staff members thrive.
  • The candidate must work in camp.
