Job Description
- All the interested candidates are required to spend most of the day outside, delivering mail and packages by foot or by vehicle to customers working at this post.
- All the interested candidates are required to return to the depot to unload the day’s incoming mail and packages for later delivery working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have the physical ability to lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg to be eligible for this post.
- People must have experience in customer service along with experience making deliveries or working as a driver to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Applicants must have to carry items weighing up to 15.9 kg regularly throughout the day to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with a safe driving record for at least 3 years to be considered as an asset for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants must attain the ability to work in all types of weather along with the availability to be on-call.
- People must attain the ability to read, write and speak English and French to be eligible for this post.
