Job Description 

  • People applied for this post to return to the depot to unload the day’s incoming mail and packages for later delivery working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have the ability to work in all types of weather along with the availability to be on-call to be eligible for this post.
  • People must have the ability to read, write and speak English and French.
  • Along with this, they must have experience in customer service to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have experience making deliveries or working as a driver to be preferred for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants are accountable at this post and most of the day outside, delivering mail and packages by foot or by vehicle to customers on route working at this post.
  • Candidates interested in this post must have a valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s license with a safe driving record for at least 3 years to get preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must have the physical ability to lift mail items weighing up to 22.7 kg and carry items weighing up to 15.9 kg regularly throughout the day to be considered as an asset for this post.
