Job Description

  • Applicants interested in this post are required to coordinate various programs, events, and citizen appointment processes and manage the Committee budget.

  • People applying for this post are required to respond to enquiries from the public, staff and other levels of government regarding the Committee in portfolio working at this post.

Job requirement

  • Candidates must have a post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Candidates must have 2 years of previous administrative experience in a government setting to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have experience in using Acrobat Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Agenda Management Software.
  • Candidates must have strong attention to accuracy and detail in a time-sensitive environment to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have to demonstrate strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Applicants must attain the strong ability to take initiative, accountability, and excellent customer service skills to be preferred for this post.

Work setting

  • Applicants are required to interpret legislation and provide guidance to various departments with respect to legislative processes.
  • They’re also appointed to facilitate training and presentations.
