Job Description
- Candidates will have to work to verify the receipt of external warranty documents and follow up with external legal professionals.
- Candidates will have to draft release documents and discharges of BDC securities.
- The candidates will have to review and analyze research and miscellaneous warranty requests.
- Candidates will have to conduct searches of corporate, land and property security registers.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have a diploma or certificate in legal technology completed or in the process of completing any of the equivalent courses.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience preferably in a legal department.
- Knowledge of legal concepts, terminologies, and procedures particularly in the field of movable and immovable securities for commercial use.
- Candidates must have the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Work setting
- Candidates must know languages like English and French.
