Job Description 

  • Candidates are appointed to assist the legal team with a corporate law practice focused on investment agreements, particularly contract review of existing and proposed investments in global infrastructure. 
  • They’re also appointed to assist the team with corporate and commercial law matters, such as review of commercial agreements. 
  • Candidates appointed to work will also include researching, summarizing and presenting legal materials that will support corporate decision-making.
  • Candidates will also have to assist in building best-in-class precedents and completing ad hoc work and special projects assigned by the team.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain a dedicated knowledge of corporate & securities law, commercial law and M&A. 
  • Candidates must attain an eagerness to learn coupled with the ability to fail and recover. 
  • Candidates must attain strong research skills combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • They must attain dedicated technology skills including the ability to effectively use Word, Outlook, etc

Work setting 

  • Candidates must have to participate in or lead a business-focused student law club.
