Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to provide leadership, direction and coaching to develop and motivate a high-performing team in a psychologically safe environment that aligns with corporate values.
- They’re accountable and responsible for creating performance and training development plans for direct reports.
- Candidates are also appointed to use data by The City and vendors to support effective and informed decision-making.
- They’re appointed to identify and support opportunities to improve the customer experience and customer value in service delivery, driving change across Water Services.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated degree in Business, management, or Communications or a related discipline.
- They must attain at least 10 years of related experience with 5 years in a leadership capacity with progressively responsible assignments in the business process.
- Candidates must attain great customer experience management, and contract and change management skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidate must have equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered.
