Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to lead the development and implementation of strategic data and information projects applied for this post.
- They’re also required at this post to lead and coordinate strategic responses to inquiries and information requests from partner ministries and other stakeholders on a wide range of complex and sensitive issues applied for this post.
- People who apply for this post are required to lead the intake and fulfilment of data and information requests to support the release of data within or external to the Ministry working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates applying for this post must know Ontario health system data to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have an understanding of fiscal policy, financial reporting, clinical practices, and data governance policies to support health policy and program decision-making to be eligible for this post.
- People must have excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills to provide recommendations and advice on solutions to complex issues to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates applying for this post must have quantitative analysis experience in the health field and are skilled in developing and using a range of analytic, statistical, and modelling techniques and tools to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Applicants who applied for this post must lead multi-disciplinary teams in analyses, options and recommendations of legislation, policy, data and governance to be eligible for this post.
