Job Description

  • The candidate must hire, supervise, and schedule staff.
  • The candidate must plan and direct grounds maintenance.
  • The candidate must organise and direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns.
  • The candidate must plan and estimate labour and material costs.
  • The candidate must organise and direct the construction of fences, decks, and walls.
  • The candidate must plan, manage, and supervise landscape construction work.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep work records and logs.
  • The candidate will be expected to tender and manage contracts.
  • The candidate must establish work schedules and procedures.
  • The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • The candidate must solve work-related problems.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be capable of supervising 1 to 2 and 3 to 4 people.
  • The candidate should be client focused.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
