Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, supervising, and scheduling staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance.
- The candidate must plan and estimate labour and materials.
- The candidate must organize and direct the construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising landscape construction work.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining work records and logs.
- The candidate must read blueprints and drawings.
- The candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment.
- The candidate must request or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
