Job Description

  • The candidate must plan and construct landscaped environments that may include trees, shrubberies, lawns, fences, decks, patios, and other landscape structures.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.

Work site environment

  • The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work setting

  • The candidate will be required to work in various locations.
  • The candidate must work as a landscape contractor.

Experience and specialization

Landscaping experience

  • The candidate must have prior experience with residential projects, commercial and/or industrial construction, and institutional construction.

Construction specialization

  • The candidate must be skilled in the construction of fieldstone paths, interlocking brick and retaining walls.

Area of specialization

  • The candidate must be knowledgeable about landscape construction.
