Job Description
- The candidate must provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care.
- The candidate must provide safety and health education to individuals and their families.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing nursing services to patients within a defined scope of practise based on patient assessment and care planning procedures.
- The candidate must monitor patients’ progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions, and consult with appropriate members of the healthcare team.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
- The candidate must have Intravenous (IV) therapy Certification, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate, and be eligible for practical nurse licensure in their province/territory of work.
- The candidate should be accurate.
