Job Description

  • The candidate must clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cabinets, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other designated storage areas.
  • The candidate will be responsible for removing kitchen waste and trash regularly.
  • The candidate will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors.
  • The candidate will be responsible for washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • The candidate must order supplies and equipment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations.
  • The candidate must inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • The candidate must prepare and cook special meals for patients as directed by a dietitian or chef.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • The candidate must clean the kitchen and work areas.
