Job Description
- Candidates will have to supervise 3 to 6 frontline team members who directly with the public are responsible for developing and implementing the training programs.
- Candidates must be responsible for monitoring their team members and assessing individual and team performance.
- Candidates will also have to play a leadership role that requires the demonstration of a strong work ethic and professionalism to the team.
- They’re also appointed for being adaptable to changes in priority or team composition and guiding the team through transitions smoothly.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain experience in supervising, coaching and monitoring other staff.
- Candidates must attain experience in customer service and in scheduling, recruitment and delivering training.
- Candidates must attain effective interpersonal skills and communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- Knowledge of the role of interpretation is mandated to be eligible for this post.
