Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to apply Air Canada policies and tariffs to determine the customer’s eligibility for a refund or credit. defined procedures working at this post.
- Applicants for this post are also required to provide professional, proficient service to external customers such as Travel Agencies, other airlines and Insurance companie. are also required to liaise with various internal departments such as Customer Relations, Reservation and Baggage Services working at this post.
- Applicants are also appointed to perform tasks based on provided training, reference documentation, and standard processes working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a dedicated travel and tourism diploma along with a minimum 1 year of office experience to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have dedicated airline or travel industry experience along with prior ticketing knowledge including fares, fare rules, and taxation to be preferred for this post.
- Candidates must be able to maintain tariff training and must have GDS experience or Reservation system experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have strong customer service skills along with the ability to represent the airline with professionalism to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Applicants must have strongcommunication skills both written and verbal to be eligible for this post.
- Work setting Applicants must be able to determine refunds using manuals, tariffs, or other sources for pricing or investigation to get preferred for this post.
