Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to develop and implement strategies to create exceptional guest experience moments, applying advanced principles of service design throughout the guest journey.
- Candidates must be multi-lateral thinkers who are comfortable working with both abstract strategic concepts and tactical execution details with a strong understanding of guest journey design across multiple lenses and channels.
- Candidates are also appointed to create comprehensive initiative plans, identify activities, artefacts, and design deliverables through the assimilation of data, guest and employee feedback and the creation of clear journey outcomes and business requirements working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to collaborate with teams to navigate constraints, systems, and barriers to build scalable guest-centric solutions.
- Candidates are also appointed to take ownership of initiatives with medium to large complexity, working independently while guiding Experience Owners, Designers and delivery teams.
Job requirement
- Candidates must acquire a minimum of 5-8 years of airline product or guest experience planning to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 5-8 years of airline booking channels and e-commerce experience to be preferred for this post.
- They’ll get a dedicated bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, influencing senior management decision-making.
- Candidates must attain a proven ability to connect with team members and stakeholders, building strong relationships with respect, trust, and credibility.
- They must acquire a strong collaborative and team-oriented approach.
