- Applicants for this post must have Instructional design, adult education, eLearning, and curriculum development certification from accredited institutions completed to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have membership in a professional organization specializing in instructional design, learning and development, and eLearning to be preferred for this post.
- They must have prior knowledge of adult learning and instructional design theory, including ADDIE to be eligible for this post.
