Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to users who are experiencing difficulties with computer.
- The candidate must consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing advice and training to users in response to identified problems.
- The candidate must collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising the other technical support workers in this group.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing users with business system, network, and internet support in response to identified issues.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- Fluency in Vietnamese is an asset.
