Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical and other technical skills are highly recommended to be acquired by aspiring plumbers.
- Candidates are also appointed to be aware of the safety and quality standards that are needed to be applied in plumbing services.
- They’re also appointed to work with a basic understanding of electrical safety.

- Candidates are also appointed to respond to emergencies including nights and weekends when on call to correct unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Candidates appointed for community college electrical/mechanical training to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to work on industrial plumbing and equipment working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates working at this post must obtain a plumber Red Seal Certificate or CCQ “Compagnon” Card.
- They must attain community college electrical/mechanical training to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain 5 years of hands-on experience working in a fast paced multi-facility environment, with a focus on providing the best possible service to a demanding group of Tenants.
- They must obtain a Gas Pipe fitter license to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision.
- They must attain dedicated work experience in Maintaining and repairing a variety of life safety systems, plumbing, and building repairs.
- Candidates must attain strong customer service and problem solving aptitude to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to communicate effectively and provide direction to contractors and vendors performing services for the company.
- Candidates must attain a Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record.
- They must have the ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, and address any issues that arise day or night.
- Candidates must be detail oriented and willing to provide on-call support in case of emergencies or other off-hours issues.
- Candidates must attain strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work at heights.
