Job description
- Candidates will slaughter livestock using stunning devices and knives.
- They will skin, clean and trim carcasses.
- They will remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses.
- They will split carcasses into smaller portions to facilitate handling.
- They may slaughter cattle, calves as prescribed by religious.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada.
