Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to develop, maintain, and update reference material and communication for cabin crew to ensure operational compliance and Applicants at this post are required to develop and manage ePub Landing Information pages for various destinations along with travel advisories, arrival and departure, transportation information, etc working at this post.
  •  Applicants at this post are required to engage in type trials and follow up with various stakeholders to ensure the documentation of any changes that affect crew onboard working at this post.
  • Candidates working in this post are required to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate and document changes that affect the crew onboard.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have expert communication and writing skills to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have post-secondary education in writing, communications, or a related field along with prior equivalent experience to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have 3-5 years of experience in communications or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have strong working knowledge of IFS publications for example FAM, OAM, ePub, 355 to be preferred for this post.
  •  Applicants must have a strong working knowledge of the CUPE collective agreement, IOSA, SMS, and AOSH.
    Candidates must have a strong focus on continuous improvement and must have strong analytical, comparative, and innovative skills to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Candidates appointed at this post are required to maintain and update information and documents related to customs and immigration requirements, entry applications, security precautions, and airport-specific changes working at this post.
