Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to enable our customer base by deeply understanding your clients’ use cases and aligning them to Rippling’s best practices
- They’re appointed to partner with and provide global payroll expertise to our customers and internal Rippling peers.
- Candidates are also appointed to pitch in on developing and documenting implementation processes and best practices.
- They’re appointed to understand our customer use cases and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience & R&D.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 3 years of experience with HR, Payroll, and Finance domains.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize, and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockers.
- Candidates must be proficient in tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, and Mac computers.
- Candidates will have to interact with customers and always seek to deliver a great customer experience.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success at a fast-paced SaaS company.
