Job Description
- The candidate will assign projects related to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations to subordinates and staff.
- The candidate will coordinate the HR department’s activities to ensure they meet the organization’s goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating HR projects and will be accountable for reviewing them to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- The candidate must plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- The candidate will be responsible for researching and preparing occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- The candidate must manage contracts.
- The candidate must oversee the analysis of employees’ data and information.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of reports.
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
- The candidate must evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures for controlling, eliminating, and preventing disease or injury.
Job Requirements
