Job Description

  • The candidate must identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
  • The candidate must prepare and post notices and advertisements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for gathering and screening applicants.
  • The candidate will be responsible for advising job applicants on employment requirements as well as terms and conditions of employment.
  • The candidate must review candidate inventories.
  • The candidate must contact potential applicants in order to arrange interviews.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • The candidate must coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards in order to evaluate candidates.
  • The candidate must notify applicants about the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • The candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • The candidate must organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • The candidate will be responsible for negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes, as well as coordinating the termination of employment process.
  • The candidate will be responsible for determining entitlement eligibility and arranging staff training.
  • The candidate must supervise personnel clerks who perform filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate should be client focused.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
