Job Description
- The candidate must identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
- The candidate must prepare and post notices and advertisements.
- The candidate will be responsible for gathering and screening applicants.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising job applicants on employment requirements as well as terms and conditions of employment.
- The candidate must review candidate inventories.
- The candidate must contact potential applicants in order to arrange interviews.
- The candidate must notify applicants about the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- The candidate must organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- The candidate will be responsible for negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes, as well as coordinating the termination of employment process.
- The candidate will be responsible for determining entitlement eligibility and arranging staff training.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
- The candidate must perform administrative and office duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and selecting staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
- The candidate must carry outadministrative and clerical activities (record keeping, scheduling etc.).
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should be organized and flexible in nature.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.

Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be familiar with MS Windows, Electronic mail, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and the Internet.

- The candidate must be familiar with the technical terms used in human resources.

- The candidate must be knowledgeable about human resource management.
