Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- The candidate must identify current and prospective staffing requirements.
- The candidate must provide information or services, like employee assistance and counselling.
- The candidate must prepare and post notices and advertisements.
- The candidate will be responsible for gathering and screening applicants.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising job applicants on employment requirements as well as terms and conditions of employment.
- The candidate must review candidate inventories.
- The candidate must contact potential applicants in order to arrange interviews.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting graduates from colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- The candidate must coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards in order to evaluate candidates.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- The candidate must organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- The candidate will be responsible for negotiating settlements of appeals and disputes, as well as coordinating the termination of employment process.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
