Job Description
- The candidate will assign projects related to employment, compensation, labour relations, and employee relations to subordinates and staff.
- The candidate will coordinate the HR department’s activities to ensure they meet the organization’s goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for directing employees.
- The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations.
