Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resource policies and programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resource policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures.
- The candidate must resolve labour disputes and grievances.
- The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.
- The candidate must plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- The candidate must coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.
- The candidate must manage training and development strategies.
- The candidate must oversee the analysis of employees data and information.
- The candidate will be expected to conduct research on employee benefits and health and safety practices and make recommendations for changes.
- The candidate will be responsible for assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be bilingual.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.

Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be familiar with Human resources software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Information technology, Database software, Project management software, Data analysis software, Electronic mail and Internet.
