Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resource policies and programmes.
- The candidate will be responsible for advising managers and employees on the interpretation of human resource policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- The candidate must resolve labour disputes and grievances.
- The candidate must conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- The candidate will be responsible for administering benefits, employment equity, and other human resource programs.
- The candidate must coordinate employee performance and appraisal programmes.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing training and development strategies.
- The candidate will be responsible for researching employee benefits and health and safety practices and making recommendations for changes.
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for negotiating collective agreements on behalf of employers or employees.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
