Job Description
- Candidates appointed at this post to overseas human resources policy development, recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits functions, and provide strategic advice on workforce planning.
- Candidates are also appointed to perform organizational development, employee relations, disability management, engagement, and employee health and wellness.
- They’re also appointed to provide guidance and expert advice on Human Resource matters for judicial officers including payroll and benefits.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to support court Governance Committees on HR and judicial administration policies independent from Executive Branch policies.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a post-secondary diploma or higher in Business Administration or a related field.
- They must be an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in human resources, including HR advisory and full-cycle recruitment.
- They must have dedicated experience with leave and benefits to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have experience in managing a team of staff including planning and directing their work.
- They must attain dedicated experience in employee relations, performance management and progressive discipline.
- Candidates must have experience in policy development to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have experience interpreting collective agreements, HR legislation, policies and procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
- A dedicated CPHR designation or applicants who are pursuing a professional human resources designation are preferred for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must attain dedicated Public service human resource advisory experience to be eligible for this post.
