HR Advisor
Rogers has announced a notification in which they’re inviting candidates for the post of HR Advisor. Understanding the duties and responsibilities is a necessity for the candidates, as is performing their best effort. They will play a role in assisting the team to raise the bar on talent management, support our drive to maintain our high-performance culture and provide internal coaching and support to People Leaders in dealing with a broad spectrum of human resources initiatives. They will report directly to the HR Director, Rogers for Business. They will work on HR projects and programs to support the overall R4B teams. They will be partnered with leadership to improve HR practices, process decisions and programs.

Job description
- Candidates must partner with leadership to identify and understand their needs and the needs of their team members in building a high caliber and highly engaged workforce.
- They will assist leadership with building effective practices to meet business and employee needs.
- They will provide consultation on issues related to legal and procedural compliance, employee/labor relations, workforce planning, talent and performance management, compensation and organizational development.
- They will build strong relationships and credibility with all levels of management.
