Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • The candidate would be in charge of establishing work schedules for employees and keep track of their performance.
  • The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist cleaners in carrying out their duties.
  • The candidate will be expected to supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
  • The candidate must recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services.
  • The candidate will be required to handle and report lost and found items.
  • The candidate will be required to communicate with other workers in order to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare budgets and cost estimates.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • The candidate will be expected to hire and train or arrange for cleaning staff training.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform the same duties as the workers who will be supervised.
  • The candidate will be expected to inspect cleaning equipment on a regular basis in order to determine when it is worn out and to request replacement.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all employees are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • The candidate will be responsible for motivating team members and resolving any issues that arise on the job.
  • The candidate must respond to customer complaints and special requests.
