Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff.
- The candidate must conduct performance evaluations.
- The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing budgets as well as monitoring revenue and expenses.
- The candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing activities.
- The candidate must respond to customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
