Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting passengers as needed.
  • The candidate must address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for dealing with baggage issues.
  • The candidate will be responsible for escorting incoming guests to their rooms.
  • The candidate will be responsible for handling hotel guests’ luggage.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the luggage storage area.
  • The candidate must provide information about the rooms’ features, hotel services, and points of interest.
  • The candidate will receive and deliver items and messages to guests.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.

Work setting

  • The candidate should work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities framed in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the room.
