Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing work schedules.
- The candidate will be responsible for selecting, hiring, and supervising trade subcontractors.
- The candidate will be expected to inspect the work of subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
- The candidate will be expected to plan and manage budgets.
- The candidate will be required to perform trade work during home construction, renovation, or restoration.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- The candidate will be expected to train employees.
- The candidate will be required to prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
- The candidate will be expected to collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers on plans and specifications.
- The candidate will be expected to create and maintain a supply and trade contractor directory.
- The candidate will be responsible for obtaining construction permits.
- The candidate must create and implement health and safety plans.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be reliable.
