Job Description
- Candidates will have to work under the guidance and direction of the Home Care Resource coordinator.
- Candidates will have to perform all the necessary functions of a Home care attendant by joining the Home care team.
- Candidates are responsible for the provision of personal care and also provide home support services to an individual or group.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have completed grade 12 education.
- Candidates must have a dedicated home care attendant certificate or health care aide certificate from a recognized post-secondary institute.
- Candidates must have detailed knowledge of safe food handling.
- Candidates must have working experience working with the elderly or disabled in a community setting.
- Candidates must all attain demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills.
