Job description
- Candidates have to assist with client care and providing basic supportive care in an independent manner as directed.
- Candidates have to demonstrate a commitment to the vision, values, goals, and objectives of the WRHA and Home Care Program.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have recent and related patient and/or client care experience preferred.
- Candidates must have Minimum Grade 10 education, Manitoba standards, required.
- They also must have Successful completion of a recognized Health Care Aide course required.
Work setting
- Candidates must have position involves extensive physical activity such as lifting, bending.
- Candidates must have roles and responsibilities of members of the healthcare team.
- Candidates must have general skills and ability to perform all tasks and responsibilities relevant to the duties of the position.
- Candidates must have effective English verbal and written communication skills.
