Job description
- The candidate will be required to work with customers regarding plans and specifications.
- The candidate will be required to work with architects to endure the requirements of plans and specifications are met.
- The candidate will be required to work with engineers regarding plans and specifications.
- The candidate will be required to prepare the directory and log.
- The candidate will be required to maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors.
- The candidate will be required to plan and prepare work schedules.
- The candidate will be required to perform trade work during home construction.
- The candidate will be required to perform trade work for renovation.
- The candidate will be required to perform trade work during restoration.
- The candidate will be required to inspect subcontractors work to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.
- The candidate will be required to ensure that construction permits are obtained.
- The candidate will be required to develop health and safety plans.
- The candidate will be required to implement health and safety plans.
- The candidate will be required to plan and organize daily operations.
- The candidate will be required to direct, control daily operations.
- The candidate will be required to evaluate daily operations.
- The major work area for the candidate is supervision.
- The candidate will be required to maintain a budgetary Responsibility of around $500,001 – $1,500,000.
- The candidate will be required to work in residential renovation sites.
- The candidate will be required to new residential home buildings.
- The candidate will be required to work outdoors.
- The work site environment may be noisy with a lot of odors hence the candidate should be comfortable with it.
- The candidate will be required to work in dusty or hot and Cold or refrigerated conditions or areas.
- The candidate will be required to work in either rural area or urban area.
- The candidate will be required to work in various locations.
Requirements
- The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The candidate should have equivalent experience in the concerned field.
- The candidate should have an experience of at least 2 years to less than 3 years.
- The candidate should be willing to relocate.
- The relocation costs of the candidate will not be covered by employer.
- The candidate should have a driving record check.
- The candidate should have a valid driver’s license.
- The candidate should have Steel-toed safety boots.
- The candidate’s vehicle will be supplied by employer.
- The candidate should be able to drive manual transmission vehicle.
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication.
