Job Description
- Candidates will have to ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced appropriately.
- Candidates will have to monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely replenishment.
- Candidates will also have to maintain a clean and safe department for customers and colleagues.
- Candidates are appointed to manage departmental expenses and assist in budget preparation.
- They’re appointed to communicate regularly with store management and other department managers to ensure store-wide goals are being met.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a high school diploma or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain previous retail management experience, preferably in a departmental or speciality store setting is considered beneficial.
- Candidates must attain strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop colleagues.
- They must obtain excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Candidates must attain the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
