Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to communicate electronically and in person with computer users who are having problems in order to determine and document the issues.
  • The candidate will be required to provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • In response to recognised challenges, the candidate will be responsible for providing business system, network, and Internet support to users.
  • The candidate will be in charge of answering questions over the phone, via email, in person, or remotely.
  • The candidate will be in charge of providing technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • The candidate will be in charge of teaching other employees how to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
  • The candidate will be in charge of gathering customer feedback in order to improve training methods.
  • The candidate will be in charge of creating and revising training manuals.
  • The candidate will be in charge of running reports as well as analysing common complaints and problems.
  • The candidate will be in charge of handling Help Desk tickets in a timely manner.
