Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible in washing interior walls, windows and ceiling.
  • The candidate will be required to move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
  • The candidate will be required to work with minimal supervision.
  • The candidate will be expected to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • The candidate will be in charge of watering and caring for plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • The candidate will be in charge of sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • The candidate will be required to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • The candidate will be required to empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Candidates will be expected to clear snow and ice from walkways and parking lots.
  • The candidate will be required to make minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contact tradespeople for major repairs.
  • The candidate will be required to use a scrim or microfiber cloth to dry around the edges of the glass.
  • The candidate will be required to remove excess water and moisture from window sills using towelling cloths.
  • The candidate must ensure optimal levels of security when working outside and with hooks.
  • The candidate should protect the equipment and ensure that there are no deficiencies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and tidy environment while also paying attention to clients or service users’ wishes.
  • The candidate will be required to perform and track routine inspection.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
  • At the end of the shift, the candidate must ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of working experience in similar industry.
