Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to provide feedback to employees engaging in unsafe behaviours or not adhering to safe work guidelines.
- Candidates are also required to timely investigate and report first aid, work injuries, and near-miss incidents.
- They’re also appointed to assist employees with the completion of First Report of Injury reports and provide first aid working at this post.
- They’re also responsible for maintaining safety program training records.
- They’re also appointed to conduct Lululemon health and safety orientation for new hires and Power Industrial Truck training.
- They’re appointed to participate in the emergency response team and emergency response actions.
Job requirement
- They must attain the ability to meet attendance requirements and ability to maintain a safe work environment and demonstrate a history of safe work practices.
- Candidates must attain general knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations of a distribution centre.
- They must have first Aid CPR, and AED training or willingness to certify to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
- They must communicate with honesty and kindness and create the space for others to do the same.
