Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to provide wellness expertise through analysis, strategic planning, program development, program management and evaluation of Corporate Wellness programs that support overall employee well-being.
- Candidates are also responsible for health promotion including coordinating and delivering wellness presentations, newsletters, online resources and health screenings.
- Candidates will also have to develop, coordinate, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of new wellness product implementation, initiatives, communications and program launches.
- Candidates will also have to administer, monitor and maintain Medical Surveillance Programs.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain analytical skills and the ability to communicate in a variety of mediums.
- Candidate must know how to create and deliver presentations in various formats and must demonstrate knowledge of the industry or sector
- Candidates must gather information, conduct research and also be able to manage projects.
- Candidates must be good at planning and organizing activities, and projects to meet section and organizational goals.
- They must provide specialized consultation and understand how to apply relevant laws and regulations when required.
Work setting
- A dedicated University or college diploma in a related discipline is also required to be eligible for this post.
