Job Description
- Applicants who applied for this post are required to perform and direct staff in routine maintenance such as cleaning change rooms and performing scheduled checks of water quality and equipment functions working at this post.
- Applicants who applied for this post are required to instruct leadership courses and in-service training and assist in developing program and activity schedules suited to the needs and interests of the facility participants working at this post.
- People accountable for leading or participating in planning, organizing, and delivering special events and leisure swim activities working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the completion of Grade 12 plus formal lifeguard and instructor training and completion of a pool operation course to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Lifeguard/Instructor and aquatic program leader to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must possess valid certificates for different skills like National Lifeguard Service – Pool option, Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor, Standard First Aid with CPR C and others.
- They must attain the ability to work in a high-energy, positive environment to be considered as an asset for this post.
