Job Description

• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of employees.
• The candidate will inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• The candidate must recommend or arrange additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacing furnishings and equipment.
• The candidate must receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
• The candidate must assist cleaners in performing duties.
• The candidate must coordinate work activities with other departments.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
• The candidate must have a Secondary (high) graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.

Work site environment

• The candidate will be required to work in confined spaces.
• The candidate must be able to work in wet/damp, dusty, hot, and dirty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.

Work setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and ready to work in a new or different city.
