Job Description
- Candidates who apply for this post are responsible for ensuring all guests receive a quality in-store experience working at this post.
- They’re also responsible for driving store performance on the floor through guest experience and team achievement of daily sales or unit targets applied for this post.
- Candidates appointed at this post to provide input to team member performance evaluations, recommendations for store hiring decisions, and acting as supervisors.
- Candidates appointed at this post are required to open and close the store following the opening and closing procedures applied for this post.
- Candidates appointed at this post are required to review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team to drive business results at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have the ability to travel to assigned stores with reliable transportation methods to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have 1 year of retail or customer experience like guest resolution, and navigating difficult conversations to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others to be preferred for this post.
- They must have a high school diploma/GED/equivalent along with 1 year of retail or sales leadership experience to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants working at this post are required to conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure the operational excellence of the store is maintained throughout the shift working at this post.
