- People who are required to get selected for this post are appointed to cover an assigned area(s) on the sales floor.
- Applicants are required to zone the assigned area and move feature merchandise to its modular home.
- People are also appointed to work recovering merchandise from the Customer Service desk and other areas of the store.
- Applicants are also required to assist with front-end coverage.People who have applied for this post are required to communicate with other associates to ensure floor coverage is maintained.
- People applying for this post are required to provide exemplary customer service by adhering to the basic beliefs and values of Walmart, maintain and zone the general merchandise area, and assist with stocking and the sale of goods working at this post.
Work setting
- People applying for this post are appointed to contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures.
- Candidates are also appointed for the completion of safety sweep logs and to ensure displays and fixtures are secure.
