Job Description

  • The candidate must allocate material, human, and financial resources to carry out organisational policies and programs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for authorizing and organizing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • The candidate will be responsible for establishing organizational objectives as well as developing or approving policies and programs.
  • The candidate must represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on its behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • The candidate must select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority to them, and create optimal working conditions.
  • The candidate must establish financial and administrative controls, develop and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resource planning.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 11 to 15 people.
  • The candidate must supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
  • The candidate should be accurate.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.

Work setting

  • The candidate should work in the finance sector and be responsible for obtaining and handling any monies on behalf of the organization.

Computer and technology knowledge
