Job Description

  • The candidate must clean the work area.
  • The candidate will be responsible for fertilizing and spraying crops.
  • The candidate must harvest crops.
  • The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
  • Candidate having experience is an asset.
  • The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).

  • Crops include grain and canola.

Equipment and machinery experience

  • The candidate must have experience using farm trucks, tractors, combine harvesters, seed drills, sprayers or dusters, swathers, skidsteers, and hand tools.

  • The candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
  • The candidate must have their own transportation.
  • There is no access to public transportation.
  • The candidate must have a driver’s abstract.
