Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for shearing christmas trees.
  • The candidate must clean the crop.
  • The candidate will be responsible for fruit tree training.
  • The candidate will be responsible for greenhouse cleaning.
  • The candidate must harvest vegetables by hand.
  • The candidate must harvest seedlings.
  • The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • The candidate will be responsible for seed cutting.
  • The candidate must perform vegetable culling.
  • The candidate must be familiar with the vertical farming system.
  • The candidate must clean the work area.
  • The candidate must harvest crops.
  • The candidate must operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Experience and specialization

Type of crops

  • Crops include apples, bell peppers, garlic, onion, seed corn, strawberries, tomatoes, and grains.

Equipment and machinery experience

  • The candidate must be familiar with onion seeder, farm truck, fruit harvester, tractor, and planting equipment.

Automated systems experience

  • The candidate must have prior experience with watering and feeding systems.

  • The candidate should undergo a thorough medical examination and a criminal background check.

  • The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
